SHORE Solutions is exhibitor at IT-BPM Summit; SHORE HR executive is panelist
SHORE Solutions will take a major role during the International IT-BPM Summit (IIS) from October 13 to14 at the Makati Shangri-La. The conference is the 10th anniversary event of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), the local BPO industry’s enabling association. The Summit is the industry’s most anticipated event as it gathers top global business executives, experts, government officials, and other BPO stakeholders to discuss important issues around this year’s theme: Drive Change. Shape the Future. In the past years, the International IT-BPM Summit was known as the International Outsourcing Summit (IOS). IOS was rebranded beginning this year to depict the increasing industry scope of the vital information technology-business process management’s services and capabilities.
SHORE is participating as panelist and exhibitor next week. Rubilie Macaraeg, SHORE’s HR Director, will be a key panelist during the first day’s afternoon session on “The New Hardware: Systems up in the Cloud.” Ruby will be talking about how SuccessFactors cloud platform and talent modules are creating a more productive, healthy, efficient and sustainable work environment with a focus on customers and employee engagement.
The two-day event is packed with exciting sessions on pivotal subjects such as industry breakthroughs, including the mentioned cloud systems, and enterprise mobility solutions; the critical role of social media in any business; country brand strategies; the knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) sector as an industry driver; and the upcoming Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Economic Community’s implications and prospects.
The event’s value is not only its rich agenda, but also that it serves as a valuable venue for the potent exchange of ideas among top-level delegates. Opportunities abound for direct participation in discussion, and for networking with influential industry leaders, speakers and panelists.
