HR executives assert human resources department’s critical role in business success
The day-long Asia HR Summit held on July 23 at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Makati gathered the Philippines’ important Human Resources (HR) practitioners from varied industries. Manila Bulletin published an article on the topics of several of the speakers who discussed how companies need strong HR units to assure business success and the ability to compete in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Economic Community (AEC) regime starting in 2015.
