Scott Stavretis
Chief Executive Officer

Scott Stavretis is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SHORE. He is the primary decision- and policy-maker for the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and collaborating with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. With extensive executive management experience, Scott has held a track record for driving the success and growth of a number of start-up companies and large organizations prior to his current role.

He was a key founding executive, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Manager of Dodo, Australia’s largest telecommunications company. Under his leadership, the Dodo brand quickly became a household name, as the first company in Australia to provide consumers with a wide range of services, including fixed and mobile phones, fixed and wireless Internet, electricity, gas, home security and insurance services.

In 2011, Scott led the reverse takeover of Eftel Ltd, an ASX listed telecommunications company, where he served as CEO and Managing Director. His contributions to the industry granted him one of the most prestigious awards in telecommunications in 2012 – the ACCOMS Young Achiever award. During his time at Eftel, he tripled the revenue in less than three years, while concurrently leading the Dodo M&A team. Dodo and Eftel were subsequently sold to M2 in 2013 for $250M.

Scott was one of the early pioneers of the Internet industry in Australia, founding Connect Direct Internet in 1996. He was also its CEO and Managing Director. Scott has founded and/or led other companies, including iPlay, Bet247, Infinite Rewards and ClubTelco. He is also CEO of Acquire BPO and Animation1.
