Kathryn Marshall

Chief Commercial Officer

An experienced sales and commercial professional, Kathryn drives the Acquire group’s worldwide channel strategy, salesforce effectiveness and global client engagement. A highly regarded business leader, she’s focused on securing complex, high value relationships and assisting customers to transition their operations offshore to optimise costs.

As CCO, Kathryn oversees a global team of sales professionals who grow the business portfolio in new markets. In this role, she’s responsible for the commercial operations internationally, providing leadership to the company’s sales, project management, client relationship management and overall client experience. With more than 15 years of experience, Kathryn has held numerous executive roles across the telecommunications and outsourcing sectors. While serving as GM of Eftel Sales, she was instrumental in doubling the revenue of the wholesale business. She also served as Senior Solutions Consultant for PIPE Networks and Head of Channels with Verizon Business.

Known as a collaborative leader with diverse experience, Kathryn is focused on exceeding targets and leading further growth of Acquire’s operations across the globe via organic partnerships and M&A activity. In 2018, Kathryn was finalist for Sales Executive of the Year at the CEO Magazine Awards.

Dana Andel

Country Manager, Philippines

Dana Andel is SHORE’s Country Manager in the Philippines. He’s responsible for managing the company’s shared services platform in Manila, making sure that the team adopts the organisation’s culture of People, Process and Performance. He also sees to it that the company is well-positioned for continued growth.

Dana is a well-tenured BPO executive with many years of proven experience in business turnaround, start-ups, and on/offshore migration planning and execution. He is a trusted business leader who takes great pride in servicing clients, and who is genuinely involved in servicing customers’ needs and contributing to the professional and personal growth of employees.

Prior to assuming his position, Dana was Country Manager and BU President of SITEL Philippines, where he was able to grow their operations from 200 to 3,000 people. He also held leadership roles for Cambridge Cellular, Hertz, PRC, LLC (Alorica), and Faneuil.

Len Moreto

Chief Financial Officer

Len Moreto is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for SHORE, responsible for managing the company’s financial risks, as well as its strategic development, financial planning and reporting, internal audit, real estate, procurement, and investor relations.

Len has many years of solid professional experience, beginning her career as an Auditor for SGV&Co., the biggest auditing firm in the Philippines. She then moved on to perform Financial Reporting and Accounting for one of the biggest food conglomerates in the country, and then to Financial Planning and Analysis for a financial company.

She joined the call centre industry in 2002, where she became part of SITEL Philippines’ start-up team. She was one of the pillars of the company when it was first launched, setting up its financial processes, which ranged from financial reporting and accounting, financial planning, budget and treasury, payroll, asset management and purchasing. Len was Director of Finance for SITEL prior to Acquire BPO, SHORE’s sister company. She has since re-engineered the finance function and delivery of the organisation.

Andy King

Chief Technology Officer

As SHORE’s CTO, Andy oversees the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, maximising the value of fast-changing technologies and leveraging these technologies to build solutions for clients across industries. He’s also responsible for leading the company’s highly skilled and certified technology professionals, and for maintaining alliances and partnerships with leading and emerging technology companies. He is credited for the evolution of SHORE’s global Information Technology&Telecommunication (IT&T) infrastructure and software.

Prior to being named CTO, Andy has had decades of senior leadership experience in the IT&T industry. In 1995, he founded one of the largest ISPs in Australia, Edge Internet Services Australia. He later on held various technology leadership and strategic consulting roles for Cisco’s Telstra account, National Australia Group, National Australia Bank, MS Integration, iVision, CSC, BigWire International, Department of State Development, CPT Global and Telarus.

Andy is well respected among his peers for being at the forefront of technology innovations, including the world’s first deployments of technologies, such as GPRS, Unified Messaging and IP Contact Centre systems. He also currently serves as board member in several companies, where his interests in innovation extend into scientific research in energy and transportation.

Scott Stavretis

Chief Executive Officer

As the primary decision- and policy-maker for the company, Scott formulates and executes long-term strategies and collaborates with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. With extensive executive management experience, Scott has held a track record for driving the success and growth of a number of start-up companies and large organisations prior to his current role. He was a key founding executive, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Manager of Dodo, Australia’s largest telecommunications company. Under his leadership, the Dodo brand quickly became a household name, as the first company in Australia to provide consumers with a wide range of services, including fixed and mobile phones, fixed and wireless Internet, electricity, gas, home security and insurance services.

In 2011, Scott led the reverse takeover of Eftel Ltd, an ASX-listed telecommunications company, where he served as CEO and Managing Director. His contributions to the industry granted him one of the most prestigious awards in telecommunications—the ACCOMS Young Achiever award. During his time at Eftel, he tripled the revenue in less than three years, while concurrently leading the Dodo M&A team. Dodo and Eftel were subsequently sold to M2 in 2013 for $250M.

Scott was one of the early pioneers of the Internet industry in Australia, founding Connect Direct Internet in 1996. Scott has founded and/or led other companies, including iPlay, Bet247, Infinite Rewards and ClubTelco. He also runs Degunt, a cloud-based bookkeeping company, Yomojo, a national mobile phone company and Acquire BPO. He has received many distinctions including regional finalist for EY Australia’s Entrepreneur of the Year; AFR’s Young Rich list; Professional Services Executive of the Year, The CEO Magazine’s Executive of the Year Awards. He is also a three‐time honouree as Maverick of the Year, International Business Awards and recognised by Contact Centre Week Excellence Awards, Asia CEO awards and the International ICT awards.

Ferdie Ilano

Operations Director, Local Accounts (Greenfield)

As Operations Director, Ferdie is responsible for Philippine-based clients. He has worked in the BPO industry in resource planning, workforce management (WFM) and data analytics. He was key in maximising manpower efficiency for major inbound programs across domestic and international accounts.

Before SHORE, Ferdie handled progressive resource planning and WFM roles for Rainmaker Asia for 10 years. He had also been involved in manufacturing process control and production planning in the electronics and semiconductor industries.

Ferdie has an Industrial Engineering (IE) degree from Mapua Institute of Technology and MS IE units from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Lhoy dela Cuesta

Sales Director, Philippines

As Sales Director, Lhoy is responsible for driving the achievement of growth targets from organic accounts and won opportunities in the Philippines. She plays a key role in the successful management of the overall customer relationship.

Lhoy has over 15 years of work experience in the academe, manufacturing and service industries— the last ten years in the BPO and contact centre segments.

Lhoy holds a Certificate in Management Consultancy from the National Productivity of Singapore and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Tanya Ansaldo-Deakin

Communications Director

As Communications Director, Tanya steers the development and execution of SHORE’s marketing communications initiatives, including collateral, proposals, events, campaigns, online presence and internal communications. She also maintains relationships with key industry affiliations including IBPAP, Asia CEO, relevant business councils and organisations.

Tanya has over 15 years experience in the communications space, having previously worked with telco giants BT – specializing in proposal development for the UK, US, and Asia Pacific teams – and AT&T, in proposal development, consumer and business marketing.

Tanya graduated with a BA in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Bastiaan Mawhin

Sales & Marketing Vice President

As Sales and Marketing VP, Bas is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day sales, marketing and account management activities. He takes care of building and implementing strategies to attract new business and increase value for existing clients.

Bas has been involved with marketing for more than a generation in various B2C and B2B industries. He started working in the Philippines back as a Project Manager at Pilipinas Shell and Northgate Arinso. After this period, he worked in various regional Business Development roles designing and developing strategic outsourcing solutions for Australian, European, Asian and US-based companies.

Bas holds a Master of Business degree from Griffith Business School in Australia.
