SHORE Solutions expands with new facility in Ortigas

In line with this, SHORE recently opened a new facility in Robinsons Cyberscape Beta in Ortigas Center, Pasig City for some of its new and existing clients.

The office is located on the 33^rd floor, offering prime views of the Ortigas Business District and Metro Manila. Robinsons Cyberscape Beta is conveniently located near EDSA and Ortigas Avenue, just a three-minute walk from several hotels, retail, dining and other commercial establishments. The building offers world-class facilities, from 24-hour manned security with restricted access and 24-hour CCTV monitoring to backup generators, fire detection and UPS recovery; making it at par with SHORE’s four other world-class offices.

The office itself uses best-of-breed technology and infrastructure to support the company’s operations. It features a 280-seat production floor with training rooms, meeting rooms and a large conference room, offices, its own pantry, male and female sleeping quarters. This is SHORE’s fifth operations site and the most recently opened facility since the acquisition by Acquire BPO.
