SHORE Solutions announced that SAP selected the company to be part of the SAP PartnerEdge program as an SAP channel partner authorized to resell SAP-SuccessFactors, the leading cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions in the Philippines. Through this partnership, SHORE will offer the best-of-breed cloud suite of solutions to the fast-growing cloud market. SAP’s cloud offerings provide customers the option of moving all or parts of business processes to the cloud and keeping others on premise.
SHORE CEO Darcy Lalonde noted that “SAP chose SHORE because it was looking for a Value Added Reseller (VAR) with a strong reputation, local presence, comprehensive service wrap and highly experienced management team in SAP and HCM solutions and services.”
Darren Rushworth, managing director for SAP Philippines, is optimistic about the partnership: “We are excited that SHORE is SAP’s new reseller for cloud-based HCM solutions. Their team’s experience in Human Capital Management these past 15 years will enable successful implementation and execution of talent management processes in the country.”
As an SAP channel partner in SAP PartnerEdge, SHORE will have access to a broad range of software tools and resources that provide a strong foundation of support, collaboration and mutual business success for customers, partners and SAP.
SHORE plans to extend its support for SAP’s partner ecosystem in HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, compensation, succession planning, workforce planning and analytics, goals and planning, and many more.
SHORE was convinced about the effectiveness of SuccessFactors because the company uses the technology itself: “As a leading BPO provider, SHORE faces its usual share of challenges in the employee lifecycle including recruitment, integrity of employee information, performance management and employee engagement. By using a solution that integrates SuccessFactors’ BizX suite and SAP Jam, SHORE has been able to align and transform its HR strategies into successful business outcomes,” said Lalonde.
